Ingredients: first step: 3 medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 cup Green Peas (mutter)(semi boiled) 1 onion finely chopped ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 1 Green Chilli, chopped ½ tblspoon Ginger(grated) 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 2 tablespoons finely chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 tblspn dry mango powder Salt to taste second step: 6-7 breads slices(i used wheat bread) milk as required(for soaking breads) third step: 1/2 cup suji(semoloina) fouth step: oil for deep frying Method: First step: 1. Mix all ingredients of first step.you can adjust salt and pepper according to your taste. 2. now pinch a ball from mixture and roll them. 3. prepare all rolls from the mixture. (you can see the picture) Second step: 1.cut the sides of bread and soak in milk. 2.then squeezed completely the milk by pressing the bread in between your palm. 3. cover the rolls with soaked bread.(for one roll just use only one bread.) 4. now freeze them for 15 mins. Third step: 1. now roll in suji. (look in picture of third step.) Fourth Step: 1. Deep fry all rolled cutlets in oil till light golden color. Serving suggestion: you can serve it with tomato ketch up or green chatni as u wish. |
