INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml) · Wheat flour or Atta 1 cup · Custard powder ¼ cup · Baking Powder ½ tsp · Baking soda ¼ tsp · Oil 2 tblspn · Powdered sugar ½ cup · Milk 4 tblspn or as needed · Vanilla essence 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS 1. mix all ingredients - wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil, custard powder, essence, milk . 2. mix well and make a soft dough(you can use more milk). 3. Place a plastic sheet on work surface , sprinkle some flour and roll the dough into a large roti. Now cut in any shape(by cookie cutter). 4. place the biscuites in a baking tray. 5. keep some space between them as they expand while baking. 6. bake them in a pre heated oven at 170 degrees C for 16-17 mins . 7. remove and place them on wire racks. 8. when cooled, store the biscuits in an air tight container. |
