INGREDIENTS · All purpose flour (Maida) - 3/4cups · Sugar - 1/2 cup(powdered) · Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tablespoons · Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon · Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon · Oil - 2 tblspn,( any flavorless oil like canola, vegetable, corn or sunflower) · White vinegar or apple cider vinegar - 1/2 tablespoon · Vanilla extract - 3/4 teaspoon · Water - 1/2 cup · Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup(optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree C for at least 10 minutes. 2. Prepare the muffin tray, line it with muffin liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray or lightly butter it. 3. In one bowl, mix dry ingredients (Maida,cocoa powder,b.p.,b.s.,sugar). If it has too many lumps then sift it. 4. In another bowl, beat the wet ingredients (oil, vinegar, vanilla,water). 5. Now add dry to wet. 6. Mix in well, do not overmix it. 7. Fold in chocolate chips. 8. Divide them into prepared pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. 9. Let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan then remove it to cooling and let it cool completely. |
